HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MY PAINTING IS COMPLETED?

Depends on my backlog. If more than 2 weeks you will be contacted with updates. Feel free to email me or Call me for progress reports.

WHAT HAPPNES ONCE MY PAINTING IS FINISHED? 

​

You will be sent a watermarked low resolution image of the painting. If you would like me to spend more time on the painting then just let me know. Once you are happy, You will be emailed a high resolution copy of the image.

 

If you would like the image to be printed through us too, then we will add it to the MEMBER'S store temporarily, so you can place the order for the print. We can add it again at any point if you would like another.

WHEN DO I PAY FOR THE PAINTING?

Upfront and for the amount of hours you would like me to spend on the painting, I take payment through paypal.

 

Please be aware there are no refunds once I get started on the painting.

CAN I USE MY NEW PAINTING COMMERCIALLY?

 

Copyright belongs to me but you are licensed to use the image 5 times commercially. I will send you the license agreement prior to painting to make sure you are happy.

If you are looking to use it more than 5 times e.g album art then you can buy the rights.

HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE?

Orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days and arrive within 9-12 (faster in most cases!).

DO YOU DO THE PRINTING?

Order a print carry out the printing process and the shipping of the products.

 

This ensures a high quality standard is maintained in the printing process and the delivery of the products to you.
